Our townhouses lease for $1360 a month plus utilities. Townhouses #1, 6, 11 & 17
are end units, Townhouse #2-5 & #12-16 are inside units.
All leases are on a Month-to-Month
basis with 30 days notice to vacate and a 3 month minimum term.
Heat (gas), Hot Water (gas) and Electricity are not included in the rent.

wood frame structures
Most units have 2 parking spaces by the front door -- plenty of extra parking is
available on site.
First floor - Living Room, Kitchen/Dining, 1/2 bath, Laundry nook, Utilities closet,
Pantry closet, Coat closet, kitchen back door opens on back yard.
Second floor - Master Bedroom with two 6 ft. closets, Second Bedroom/Study with one
7 ft. closet, full Bathroom with tub/shower, linen nook.
Flooring - wall-to-wall carpet; vinyl in Bathrooms & Kitchen.
Utilities - Gas-fired hot-water baseboard heat with separate zones for each floor;
Gas fired hot water; Electric stoves/refrigerators, dishwashers. Free WiFi on site.
Laundry - All units have a stacking washer/dryer included in the rent.
